ABOUT CAMP NGUNI
Camp Nguni is Bushwillow Creek’s exclusive use campsite nestled amongst the trees, overlooking a large watering hole. It’s designed to help you reconnect with nature and allow you to spend time with friends and family in a beautiful, peaceful, laid back setting.
While the bushveld campsite is surrounded by wild nature, it offers guests creature comforts such as a bathroom with hot running water, a covered kitchenette and for those hot days, a small splash pool where you can cool off, have a sundowner and enjoy the passing wildlife.
TAKE THE HASSLE OUT OF CAMPING
Do you love camping but don’t want the hassle of setting up or perhaps you don’t have your own tent but want to enjoy all that camping has to offer.
You can now book yourself in to Camp Nguni and we will set-up the tent for you. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy your holiday?
We have a total of four 3x3 Canvas Dome tents which are furnished as follows:
1 x Double or 2 x Single Beds
1 x Side table with Lantern
1 x Rug
All linen is provided with extra blankets supplied for the chilly evenings in winter.
RATE: R750 per tent
VISITOR INFORMATION
The site can accommodate 8 tents, including rooftop tents and caravans, which makes it ideal for group bookings. You are able to book individually but offer a base rate that allows you to book the entire camp even if just two people.
RATES
The base rate for Camp Nguni is R600 per night for 2 adults.
Thereafter, each additional guest is charged at R150 per person, R75 per child aged 4-12, while kids under 3 stay for free.

• Toilet and wash basin - toilet paper provided
• Under cover kitchenette with two plate gas stove and a sink for washing dishes
• A stretch tent for cover from the heat and rain and a picnic table that seats 8 people
• Small splash pool overlooking the waterhole
• There is no wifi and cellphone reception is patchy
• There is no electricity but lanterns are provided for use around the camp.
• Basic braai grid provided, but bring your own wood/coals, matches, firelighters, tongs, crockery, cutlery, cooler boxes, dish clothes, detergent and ice.
WILDLIFE
We have a vibrant bird life and an abundance of plains game, that includes eland, sable, giraffe, wildebeest, waterbuck, zebra, kudu, nyala and impalas.
Note that while there are no elephants, rhinos, buffalos or lions on the farm, there are leopards, hyenas and wild dogs that use the property.
Please don’t feed any animals or leave food lying around where monkeys, baboons or opportunistic scavengers can get it.
Treat all wildlife with respect at all times and maintain appropriate distance.
Use of the property is at your own risk.

No littering allowed – please ensure all rubbish is thrown away in the bins provided.

No quad bikes, motorbikes or motorised boats allowed.

No loud music allowed.

No fires are to be made other than in the designated fire / braai pit. Firewood can be pre-ordered and paid for prior to arrival and delivered to the camp ready for your stay 25kg hardwood mix bags @ R100

We do not offer a cleaning service but there are washing up facilities at the camp.

No firearms to be used on the property.

No collecting of wood from the property.

Pet Friendly but dogs must be on a leash when going for walks.
